Patrick grew up in Miami, Florida. He attended Belen Jesuit Preparatory School, where he was co-captain of the two-time FHSAA 2A State Swimming Championship Team. He graduated from the University of Florida in 2012 with a Bachelors of Science in Economics, and went on to complete his master’s degree in entrepreneurship one year later. Patrick has always been interested in startups and founded Pingwheel.com, a mobile app aimed to help people make friends in a new city. He was also a founding member of the The Idea Center at Miami Dade College and author of Cooking for College Students: A Beginner’s Guide.
Patrick’s passion for real estate began at an early age. He started his real estate career in 2018, and became a licensed real estate broker in California in 2023. Soon after, he started flipping historical houses in the downtown Orlando area. He loves the process of transforming undervalued properties into beautiful homes, whether it is shopping for antique furniture on Ivanhoe Row or biking through the cobblestone in search of his next project.
When he is not exploring Orlando’s hidden food gems, Patrick loves to stay active. In addition to swimming, he plays on a sand volleyball team and is training for his second half marathon. He loves to recreate some of his favorite dishes from his travels, whether it’s from a Thai street vendor or a Michelin-starred restaurant…but still can’t figure out how to bake.
