FREE RENTAL ANALYSIS

Owners Portal

LRES will make an ACH payment directly into your bank account which is specified on your management agreement.  These payments will be made between the 15-20th of each month.

Upon signing up for LRES property management services our team will activate an online owner portal for you.  This portal will be accessible at any time from anywhere in the world.  You will simply login to your owner portal and view all live up to date statements.

Yes, we have teamed up with Second Nature Resident Benefit Packages to help ensure proper care of your property.  This is a mandatory program for every tenant.
