As Property Manager, Nydia strives to handle all rental properties, tenants, landlords and management services with the utmost professionalism. Nydia is passionate about providing excellent customer service, she believes this is what makes LRES Property Management a great company to provide residential property management services.
Nydia is a native New Yorker that began working in the residential property management field upon moving to Florida in 2017. Prior to her employment as Property Manager she worked for the Department of Homeless Services where she assisted clients in permanent housing. Her goal then, and still is, to provide her clients with a safe place to call home.
When not at work Nydia spends her time with her daughter. She loves to spend time by the pool, watch movies, listen to music and most importantly spend time with loved ones.
