Upon graduating from high school, Tom Luker, real estate broker of Luker & Co., immediately began work in the residential construction field. This experience was the stepping stone that facilitated his passion and firsthand knowledge of all that goes into the foundation of building structures and ultimately making those structures home.
This practical experience inspired him to become a real estate professional in 2003. Tom now uses this same understanding of construction principles and real estate acumen to guide his buyers and sellers to make confident, educated decisions.
Originally from Bristol, England, Tom has never been far from the real estate industry. During his youth in England, the Luker family regularly vacationed in the United States and abroad, providing him with a global perspective of real estate, vacation rentals, and the real estate market as a whole. His parents owned and managed several rental properties, and after immigrating to the United States with his family, Tom and his father, Geoff, founded Luker Properties Group. For almost 20 years, Tom has continued to make his clients feel like family and has strived to show them the meaning of home.
In recent years, as Luker’s clients have grown increasingly international, Tom has earned both his broker’s license and the Certified International Property Specialist (CIPS) designation to better serve Luker & Co. and their international clientele.
Away from work, Tom is a soccer fanatic, watching and playing as much as he can. After losing his father to ALS in 2019, Tom has become passionate about volunteering and raising funds for the ALS Therapy Development Institute, which facilitates research in hopes of eradicating the disease. Tom, along with his brother and business partner, Jack Luker, have also established The Geoffrey Luker ALS Drive for Life Tournament in honor of their late father.
